Their lyrics are poetry and the best thing is, it's inspiring too. I had their album from 2005. It was one of the bands that I just bought the album "to check it out."Turns out, they are no ordinary band. I don't think I could find a song that I don't like in their album.
It's been a long time I didn't buy Original Cd. The last one I bought was Peterpan's album. So I checked out the lyrics of Who We Are , Life house 2007 album and I thought "what took me so long?!" so yesterday, I just bought RM36 Who We Are cd.
Jason Wade a.k.a the vocalists/lead wrote almost all of the songs and arranged them too. The guy is super talented & the best part is we share birthdays! His was 5th July 1980.
My favorite song would be Broken & Disarray.
As I read further, Broken is featured in One Tree Hill and Time Traveler's Wife.
I kind of freaked out a little bit. One Tree Hill is my fav series and Time Traveler’s Wife was the movie I wanted to watch badly in the states but tough luck, no one wants to watch a sappy romantic movie with me. It'll be here soon! Though I have to say Rachael McAdam is not my cup of tea.
The thing I observe about great musicians like Life House & One Republics are they came from religious families but they go through a great deal of tests in their lives. They need an outlet and that outlet of theirs cashed in millions!
